Why this differs from your phone. The current reading is a physical observation from the nearest ASOS/AWOS station whenever available. Rain timing is a separate radar-derived observation at your pixel. Hourly and daily values are forecast-model guidance, never presented as radar detection. The confidence view exposes disagreement between independent models instead of hiding it in a blend.
